The Poverty Elimination Framework

The CCFC and the Office of School and Community Partnerships (OSCP) began a joint planning effort in February 2002 to create a framework that addresses poverty in Multnomah County. The policies created are intended to guide the County’s investment in systems, programs and services for low-income people. CCFC’s Poverty Advisory Committee is taking the lead in developing the Framework with input from low-income people, advocates, non-profit providers, as well as state and local government representatives.
