11.15.9005 Fees

Fees are imposed under this Chapter for the items listed below. The amount of fees will be set by Board resolution. All fees are payable at the time of application.

Action Proceedings

  1. Change of zone classification
  2. Planned Developments
  3. Community Service
  4. Conditional Use
  5. Appeal of administrative decision by Planning Director
  6. Variance
  7. Modification of conditions on a prior contested case requiring a rehearing: Full fee for Action
  8. Lots of Exception
  9. Other contested cases
  10. Zoning code interpretation by the Planning Commission
  11. Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Site Review

Administrative Actions. The following matters decided by the Planning Director as provided in this subchapter:

11.15.9030 Rescheduling of Hearing

In the case of any hearing required under this Ordinance which must be rescheduled at the request of, or due to the neglect of the applicant, a rescheduling fee will be assessed against the applicant. Said fee may be waived in whole or part by the Director of the Department of Environmental Services if the Director determines that the necessity for the requested rescheduling was unavoidable or that the applicant proceeded with all possible diligence to give adequate advance notice of the request for rescheduling. 11.15.9035 Fractions of an Acre

For fees based upon acreage calculations, any fraction of an acre up to and including one-half, shall be disregarded; fractions over one-half shall be rounded to the next highest acre.

11.15.9040 Application of Fee Schedule

Fees adopted by Board resolution will apply to all actions specified herein, regardless of applicant, unless waived by the Board of County Commissioners. [Amended 2000, Ord. 944 § 17]
