I'm a shelter dog looking for a home of my very own! I'm not too big, not too small, and my super short coat makes grooming so easy! I love to play with other dogs, I've got plenty of energy for an active home. I never get grumpy with the other dogs or people, I even let the other dogs take my toys. I need a home with NO CATS! I do like to settle in the evening hours, enjoying a nice bone on a fluffy dog bed. I love the company of people, and I might be able to live with an assertive cat that can put me in my place. I walk really nicely on a leash, I take my foster mom for two walks a day. I am good in the house, neutered, housebroken, microchipped, and I have all my vaccines. I crate nicely, but might be able to be left alone in the house when you're not home (with a little practice, I'm sure). I'm a beautiful red brindle (stripes, not spots, so pretty!) pit mix. I'm a real looker with my gold eyes, sweet face, and perky ears..... I also have a self propelled tail! I get lots of comments about how pretty I am, and I have personality plus to boot! I'm not a 24/7 mainiac, I settle nicely and love to snooze with my people. I'm a quick learner, and would be a great candidate for some sort of dog sport, search and rescue, agility, or flyball! The shelter would like for us to make sure that we get off on the right paw by asking us to take some classes together, so that we can learn as a team.
